When purchasing methylene blue, it's so important to buy it from a trusted source. I am lucky enough to have already purchased Iodine, DMSO and Zeolite from this same company, with total satisfaction, so, when I decided to try methylene blue for the 1st time, I was so happy to see that it's part of their product list.I've been taking it in very small doses for almost a month, starting at 1 drop twice a day, to now, about 4-6 drops per day, to cope with allergies and give me a bit of an energy boost. I am SO happy with this product and the more I read about MB, the more shocked I am that it has so many benefits. It's important to start low and go slow, since, everyone reacts differently. I personally think the 20 drops recommended is very likely safe for most people yet too high to start off with, since I felt a difference with just ONE DROP, so, it makes sense to start there if you're a petite woman or if you're an extra sensitive person like me. Haven't used another brand to compare it to, but it seems to boost energy and focus without the caffeine gitters or sugar crash and when you do fall asleep it will be a deep sleep,so make sure the volume on your alarm is all the way up if you need to be on time the next day.

Honestly if it weren't for the taste I give it all the stars. I have to eat a Popsice while drinking it. But it does work. I have more energy it helps me think more clearly. I don't know if it helps with diet but I don't feel as hungry. Oh and Instantly stop taking my Prozac. So that's random but I thought that was a great.
