Can i use the old cigarette ligthter charging cable-traffic receiver 4uuc5b from my old tomtom to get realtime traffic on the 4" 1425m?

Not sure but satellite connection to unit should not.hinge on charging apparatus.

Yes ! Great unit ! Great price! Several options for type of voice you want. Also in English, Spanish etc
