This multivitamin has been a nice addition to my daily routine. The formula seems specifically tailored for women managing PCOS, and I like that it includes a range of vitamins and nutrients I was otherwise missing. I use these to help with night sweats. Haven’t had the sweats since taking them. I have them on reorder every month.

Smaller capsules so easier to swallow. Appreciate the dosing of magnesium and vitamin D in the capsules. I do not enjoy the price as the amount in the capsules is not the therapeutic dose of 4g needed to treat PCOS, so double daily dosing is needed so then these become cost prohibiting for many people. As an OB/GYN I wish more products would contain the therapeutic dosing in affordable options for myself and patients. Given that, I do use these everyday. Also as a bariatric surgery patient myself these are one of the only brands I can swallow easily.

Did the job

I would not consider this a complete daily multi-vitamin if you are looking for a complete multi-vitamin. I read the nutritional label, but my brain kept thinking it was these vitamins along with others because the front says multi-vitamin. I havent tried them yet but will (on top of a complete multi-vitamin) because you cannot return them.
