It is a square shape so it is a bit difficult to grab when you first use it, but after it gets smaller it will get easier to grip on to. It foams up more easily with the help of a foaming net bag. It is very cleansing but after a few uses, it does start to feel drying and stripping of your skin oils if you have dry and sensitive skin. It seems well suited for oilier and normal skin types, as they will be less likely to experience this. I did notice that it made my skin look a bit brighter after using it. The whitening cream has not irritated my skin, but I will likely have to use it for a longer period of time to see if it brightens up the skin over time or not.
