This is my favorite B12 supplement. It dissolves well and tastes good. I had on auto ship but cancelled (for some reason). Then a few months later got blood work done and sure enough my doc said I was B12 deficient. So I know the product works well. Wont make that mistake again! I have suggested this product to family and friends.

My doctor told me to take these as an alternative to a B12 shot...which I hate. The taste is pleasant and not strong. It dissolves quickly. It helps with my energy and taking them daily is as effective as weekly shots.

Works

Taste is great the only issue is it turns your mouth, teeth, lips and tongue deep red. It takes a while to get it off even if you brush your teeth after. Your supposed to chew it so swallow doesn't work as well for absorption.

As advertised - small, melts in your mouth and tastes good. Only just started ( day 2 ) so can't tell you if they are doing me any good.
