伸縮式は重いので、折りたたみ式を探していました。カーボンよりは重いのですが、ザックに取り付けても、重さは感じられません。 久しぶりに登山をしましたが、下半身に疲労が出始まった頃から使い始め、岩場も難無く登って、無事登頂出来ました。 下りは１度も使わず、ザックに取り付けたままでしたが、ザックからはみ出さないサイズだったので、全く邪魔になりませんでした。

The Black Diamond Z Poles are simple to use and have made my dog walks easy as I can carry one pole on my rucksack or waist bag whilst having my dog on his lead then when off lead I can quickly assemble the second pole for rough terrain. They are very light weight to use and carry. The only issue I had was changing the tips as I have arthritis so had to ask for help.
