This product started working the first day. I took it for 3.5 days as a sinus blockage relief and the effects have lasted (it's 4 days later). It's a large, tasteless pill, but the shape makes it easy to swallow. Do follow directions and take it with 8 oz of water, or more. I did less one time and got a slight stomach ache. It worked very well for me. I highly recommended.
