I decided to try these natural enzyme supplements for reducing risk of blood clots and high blood pressure. I have vein thrombosis in my leg and hope for an improvement also from inflammation and pain caused by rheumatism. I have checked the contraindications with mainstream medical media sites, and the risks of side effects such as haemorrhaging (internal bleeding) is less than normal pharmaceutical drug supplementation. Combining both is not recommemded. Therefore I must consult my GP soon, to ensure that the dosage is right to avoid this. Various medical sites online have deemed safe levels for dissolving clots. Ie. Nattokinase is a natural part of a Japanese soy food called natto. As medicine, nattokinase has most often been used by adults in doses of 2000-7000 fibrinolytic units by mouth daily for up to 3 years. Speak with a healthcare provider to find out what dose might be best for a specific condition. I was rather sceptical at first when I discovered that Lumbrokinase is a bioactive protelytic enzyme derived from earth worms. Not what I would prefer, however as long as it produces the results then it's worth trying. So far so good. No harmful side effects noticed, and too early to tell if effective. Generally, it is well-tolerated, but some individuals may experience mild gastrointestinal upset, such as nausea or diarrhea. More serious side effects are rare but can include allergic reactions, such as skin rash or itching. It is crucial to be aware of contraindications for lumbrokinase use.(particularly for people who have liver or kidney conditions). The metabolism and excretion of the enzyme could potentially place additional strain on these organs. Lumbrokinase may contribute to overall cardiovascular health, which is a main advantage.

I thought I would try this product and see if I felt any benefits from taking it, I have made other lifestyle changes as well so can’t be 100% sure my health improvements are down to just taking this supplement or a combination of both but I do recommend these and have ordered more
