Sometimes you don't know something is working until you stop taking it. I ran out and while waiting for the order to come in I woke up aching all over for no particular reason. When taking my morning vitamins, I realized I hadn't had my tumeric for about 3 days. I like these because I only have to take 1 a day, but the capsules could be too large for some folks. I do belch up turmeric occasionally, but have no problem with that effect most of the time.

I have been taking this product now for several months and don't really notice any difference in pain relief but I don't have anymore leg/foot cramping.
