Very good investment
Everything is there, and it's built solid. The machine works perfect. The box everything came in was not taped shut or anything, but no complaints since I received everything I paid for. I would definitely purchase from this seller again. Thank you.

Excellent kit and a great value!
Professional jewelers drill and a set for making jump rings all in one bax. Awesome. We made several sets of rings or different diameter this weekend and they came out great. Drill is so much more powerful than even the most expensive Dremel or Dremel knock-off tool. Do yourself a favor and invest in quality tools.

Small error in the instructions.
This is the best tool for the job hands down. That said, there is one very important flaw they have overlooked. The instructions that come with the product are quite detailed, and certainly describe very accurately how to use the tool, but it overlooks something that could really cause quite a bit of trouble for a new user, it's understandable that they would overlook this, but given just how much of a problem it can cause, I think it bears pointing out.You see, they neglected to advise on the details for the wire stock you use the tool on. This is very important because if you try to use this tool with the wrong kind of wire you are going to have a very bad day. First things first, only use this tool on soft metals, such as copper, silver, gold, etcetera. However, even with these metals, hardness can vary. Sure, you can go down to lowes and buy some 18 guage copper picture wire, but that wire comes hardened so that it can take the weight of mounting a picture frame, and if you try to cut hardened wire like that with this tool all you get is broken blades. Look for wire described as "dead soft". Alternatively, if you do not know the hardness of your wire, or for some reason need to use hardened wire either because you bought it by mistake, or whatever other reason, you can soften the wire by annealing it. Simply heat the wire to red hot with a propane torch and let it air cool, then it should be good and soft, though you will need to clean it up a bit afterwards because the surface of the metal will oxidize from heating.

Superb Quality
Absolutely love! It's night and day from using a dremel or some off brand. It is worth every penny and it is a LOT OF PENNIES! I recommended this to a friend and she said, so it's like a Clunker car vs a Cadillac. I said no, it's like buying a pinto instead of buying a Chevy Duramax to pull a 40 ft toyhauler.
