Simple to set up, good thing because the directions are mostly garbage. Poor grammar, small pictures - thank goodness for you tube.Much more powerful than I thought it would be, my first cutting went through the 3mm plywood and scored the fibre board underneath the workpiece! And the laser was not spaced above the plywood properly, I accidentally put it too high!Using LightBurn software (definitely worth the money), found the laser right off. LightBurn reads a slew of formats to both etch and engrave. Circuit users - it will etch .SVG files directly! No conversion necessary, which my wife loves.Pay the extra money for the cover (on Amazon) if you're using this indoors. Certain functions (such as calibration) generate smoke.Highly recommended. Wife and I both love it.

Excellent machine is more than I expected my brother was delighted, it was a good buy.

Im a beginner and this unit has been simple to use for ingraving. I havent tried cutting and Im struggling with tumblers but all in all easy to use. The laser went out a month into use. I contacted Crelaity and they have sent me a replacement module and its back to working wonderfully. Thank you creality for honoring your device!

The Falcon 2 came in as promised with all parts in good working order. I formatted the TF card by accident before copying it. They responded within a few hours with a copy of it via email.

Well, as of today, June 20th 2025. I still have a useless piece of junk that I paid almost $1000 for! vendor will not stand behind product. They were generous enough to offer me 50% off of the broken one I have now or a free replacement if I send it to their address in. Texas, at my expense, but here's the catch. The emailThey sent also states that if they don't receive it in their overseas warehouse, I will not get a replacement... with everything going on today, I doubt they would even claim that they received it even with a tracking number. I pursued follow-up with Amazon and they assured me that it would be taken care of well, here it is. It's still not taken care of and it's nearly impossible to talk to anyone live at amazon. So since the middle of november twenty twenty four, i've had this useless piece of garbage that has yet to be fired once. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from this vendor or their company. There's absolutely no customer support. I've tried light burn. And all the other programs, but this thing will do nothing. It starts up and will not fire, will not move. The only movement it does do is go straight to the back and the belts begin to jump on the gearing. I have yet to even see the laser fire once on this. Basically got a very expensive piece of high-tech scrap not unless the company wants to contact me. And offer a replacement. Also, after doing some deep internet searching, I find out that these lasers are infamous for not working correctly because of the pin connector I suspect that's what happened to this one, but since i've had it too long, i'm sure I won't be able to exchange it. I had originally purchased this on November 24th 2024. And here it is June 11th in 2025, and have not received any real resolutions to the issue both from creolity, or amazon. Creolity wants me to send it back at my cost to an address in. Texas, they claim they'll replace it as soon as it clears the overseas warehouse... amazon did reach out and told me they would take care of the issue at situation. But here it is, I'm still not taken care of. Not only did I buy the laser set up. I bought the canopy. The camera, extra glasses and also, a ew mixtractor, full honeycomb Mat all of it pretty much useless because I can't use the laser for anything. Do not buy it, do not trust it. The quality is okay, but there is no customer support.Whatsoever... this certainly made me rethink the items that I purchased through amazon now.

The machine set up was a cinch. I also got the flexible cover, which set up easily. My biggest issue was trying to figure out where to put my computer and the exhaust hoses, not from the Creality equipment but from my new work desk and outside exhaust. Included samples cut quickly and PERFECTLY. I am still amazed at the accuracy and consistency of cuts. I did one cut, from my software, that wasn't deep enough, so I simply included more reps without moving the wood or changing the home settings, and the new cuts perfectly aligned to the old ones. This machine is a gem! Be sure to take the time to print a speed/power matrix onto the wood your going to use. It is very useful. I like to see my charts, parameters, etc., set up for inches, as my other software is using inches, not mm's.
