Jingle Bells (Teddy Bear Sing-Along) Board book – October 18, 2011

I bought this for my niece after seeing all of the others she had (row row row your boat, etc.) and she loves them all. It is easy enough for a small child to press the button and enjoy the music, it is also suitable for toddlers to 'read' and then good to be read by mom or dad during the holidays.

My grand daughter loved her copy of this title to death and finally the little battery gave up and the note on the back said it could not be replaced. I turned to Amazon to order a used one and told her it was coming. When it arrived we excitedly opened it to find that its battery was no good as well. I guess I was stunned that someone would sell a musical book and not note that the battery did not work.Amazon kindly did not require that I mail the broken book back but it was a big disappointment. Now, it looks like this book is available for over $60.00..We will try to find something to replace it.

I bought the Row, Row, Row Your Boat book and my grandchildren loved it (ages 2, 2 1/2 and 5)! The Jingle Bells book has been a big hit this holiday season and even the two youngest can sing Jingle Bells now!

This is another of the charming David Ellwand books that my grand children love. We own 4 and they are constantly used. From age one to four, they love pushing the button and turning the pages. Jingle Bells is a popular tune with them at the holidays. The book is sweet. The pages are board book sturdy. The music box works great, until the battery runs out - then, you are stuck, because the battery cannot be changed. It is glued solidly into the book and when it is extracted, the music box is solidly glued together. I did succeed in changing one books batteries. Bought LR41 Maxell Batteries on Amazon for less than one dollar and took the thing apart. Of course it is glued back together and not like new anymore. I tried this on another Elllwand book and it did not work. So, I am looking for a Row Row Row your boat Ellwand book that works! The book deserves a 5 for charm and fun.

It never played! Broken from the beginning.

This is a great holiday book for toddlers ,The teddy bears are so cute ,I just wish the unreplacable batteries lasted longer and the music was louder ,however ,i have gotten the whole collection for my grandaughter ,because it a book she can interact with

My granddaughter has two other Teddy Sing-along books and this book was the perfect Christmas companion book! It will be a seasonal favorite for years to come, I'm sure!! The photographs and song delight all that read it!

Battery dies quickly, but my son loved it while it lasted.

We have the series of books and my 20 month old absolutely loves them all. We have a lot of fun singing along.

Saw that this was in stock where it had previously had a Long dispatch date so I had not ordered. We love it! We already had the row row row the boat one so knew what to expect. I had seen some of the other ones in the national trust shop but was buying this one blind but we was not disappointed! Arrived within 2 days of ordering on free delivery and is perfect! A very happy customer

This is a lovely Christmas book. I'd already purchased one so knew the book already. This was bought for my grandson. However, it has taken EIGHT WEEKS to arrive, despite paying a considerable amount of money for Prime. (It says on my account that it was ordered on 31st October, but that was a re-order after I emailed to find out where it was. It was actually ordered on 20th September!) The book finally arrived today, and quite frankly it looks second-hand. The edges of the cover are damaged, despite the fact that it is a board book and not a paperback. If I didn't want to give the book as a Christmas present I would send this back straight away. I am NOT a happy customer!

our daughter has nearly all of these books now and loves themThe batterys do run out evenually but worth every penny with the hours of entertainment they have provided her

Lovely pictures. Bought for my grandson who is 9 months old. He adores his copy of The wheels on the bus and Old MacDonald had a farm from this series. Only disappointing thing is the tune only plays the "jingle bells, jingle bells "part of the tune. Once you get onto "dashing through the snow " part there is no music.Again as with the other books in the series there does not appear to be anyway to replace the batteries.
