Great fit and saves my ears
I have not been able to enjoy going to the movies lately. It seems that theaters think that the best mix is to just turn the volume up. Every year it gets louder and louder. A few years ago it reached the point that I was hearing the movies from the theater on either side of the one I was in and my ears hurt from the sound on the movie I was watching. I recently had a movie I really wanted to watch in theater, but dreaded the experience because of the volume. So I researched earplugs and these were the best ranked for fidelity. The frequencies stay almost exactly the same, but equally turned down in volume. They work perfectly for my use case, and a surprise benefit of making it easier for me to understand the dialog. The total attenuation may be insufficient at a rock concert. These are 10dB but there are others which are not quite as good on fidelity that boast 16dB or better attenuation. So if I go to a rock concert I might order one of those. However, I have used these for watching bands in a parade, a high school band recital, and the school musical. In all cases, I was able to hear everything clearly throughout. This comes in two sizes. I imagine someone with smaller-than-typical ears may find the smallest size too large. Likewise, someone with larger-than-typical ears may find the largest size too small. But the larger size fit my ears well. I found them to be comfortable for up to 5 hours (the longest I've worn them straight), though I did take them out a couple of times because I felt a little tickling. After a quick refit, that tickle went away.

Sound quality A+, build quality B-
Sound quality is perfect. Even though they are advertised as 7db reduction, it's perceived as if they reduce more. I am constantly exposed to 95-100db level music levels at a venue and wearing these makes the overall perceived level to feel much lower, without sacrificing sound quality. The holder bag that comes with it is not very good quality. The zipper constantly opens on its own while inside a pocket. Also the filters sometimes come off their rubber housing. As you can see from the photo I already lost one. Since it came out of the housing and the zipper in the bag must have been open and it fell out.

Good sound at concerts, worked well for my 11 yo
These were great for our ten year old at a Metallica concert. He kept them in and they were easy to use. I tried them out myself and the sound is great. The kids sized ones were way too small - not necessarily small for his ear canal, but just so small they were hard to get out and seemed too easy to lose. I like that I could see them in his ears, and the outside part was big enough that I could help him get them in without dropping them. Recommend!

Custom ear plug sound quality at an awesome price
These are the standard. I truly stand behind Weston and especially their tru series of ear plugs, specifically for concerts. They are comfortable and in my opinion offer the best sound quality at concerts. I own a pair of custom Tru's over 200 dollars. Besides the comfort of having custom molded ear plugs, these check all the boxes. I bought these for my girlfriend because she was just too busy to go to the audiologist to get a pair and we both agree they are on par sound quality wise. They offer great hearing protection and are small and compact for travel. They also stay in your ear, so you don't have to worry about them falling out. All in all you cannot go wrong with a pair of these and I think they are the best bang for your buck compared against any other brands on amazon.

Capsules fall out easily...
These in theory are a good product--note that in many cases -10dB is not sufficient for the levels that you're facing. But the trouble lies in the dang inner capsules... they fell out on their own so many times. After several times scrambling on the floor looking for them my luck finally ran out. One little tiny plastic piece that without renders these worthless. There's got to be a better way of securing them inside the rubber plugs, or better yet, provide customers with replacements!

AN ABSOLUTE MUST FOR TAKING THE EDGE OFF!!
I’ve been battling with Chronic, Hemiplegic, and Confusional Migraines for quite awhile! Overtime, my ears have become super sensitive and sometimes things seem soooo loud that it’s unbearable. So I’ve been testing out different brands of ear plugs!! All the ear plugs I’ve tried cancel out way too much noise where I can’t hear crap and I sound so amplified internally that it hurts. I’ve tried Switch Loops and even Flare Calmers which are made for people who are sensitive to sounds, but they were a major fail. Switch loops cancelled out too much, and Flare Calmers seemed to amplify everything! A few days ago I found these which is the lowest db I could find, and so far I’m super impressed!!! All the others I’ve found reduce 13 up to like 33 and that’s just way too much for me! I’m just needing something that will take the edge off when my ears are super sensitive or for my migraines. Currently I have my new Westone Tru Travel plugs in and I can still hear on the phone just fine, hear the tv, and even my 4 year old across the room and way back in our yard but…. it’s not piercing loud!!! I can also talk without feeling like my internal voice is over amplified!! I might have finally found a winner!!! So far it seems like it’s just enough!! O and they are super comfy!! Fingers crossed!!!🤞

Not recommended!
I've used these about three times, and one filter is already missing. They seem to fall out easily. Contacted their customer support, and they provided no assistance. I recommend buying a different brand.
