What's the depth of the sofa

Its about 8 inches thick. I cant believe how amazing it is. I love it so much .

Can the backs come off like most other recliners in order to get in through doorways?

Hi yes they can, the delivery people bought the settee in the house and put the back on when in the house, I did pay £20 for each settee for them to unwrap them and bring them and put them together, hope this helps

Can an expert help to set it up

Yes. They can but it is easy to assemble.

How much for 2 seater & 1 chair

I dont think they do a 1 seater. I couldnt find one. Mine is a 3 seater and a 2 seater. I would also like a 1 seater.
