How long does this last in the fridge? I've seen a couple different answers.

Am not sure how long it lasts in fridge cause ours is used within a few days!

Can it be used to make a hurricane?

I don't know of any hurricane recipes that call for passion fruit puree. Most call for syrup. You could reduce the puree to a syrup consistency, but be aware it won't be as sweet as a syrup and it will be cloudy because of the fruit fiber in a puree. Can there really be a bad hurricane cocktail?

Can this syrup be used to make curd or sauce for desserts or is it just for beverages?
