To me, this tastes way better than any meal replacement I've ever tried, but I made sure to follow the instructions closely and used a decent shaker bottle (one that actually has a metal ball in it.) My hubby did suggest to not let it sit too long and to shake it every so often until I finish it. He said these types of drinks usually need to be drank fast very the best experience. I am not a fast drinker or eater at all, but I made sure to only use 12 ounces of water like suggested and shook with ice after shaking the mixture together first. If you make sure to do follow directions it dissolves well.On top of that, I noticed immediately that it was helping my digestion issues I had been having for days at that point. I've been having issues with needing the bathroom immediately after eating, which occasionally happens to me, but was starting to happen every single meal. I had been wanting to try this meal replacement out and decided it was a good time since it has prebiotics and probiotics in it.Along with noticeably helping my digestion (I ate about an hour after drinking my "shake" and felt a familiar stomach pain that quickly went away on its own and I didn't need to use the bathroom for many hours afterwards), I just felt amazing overall. I am bad about taking vitamins, and enough fruits/veggies, so I don't know if that means I'll notice the positive effects more than someone who is already health conscious and gets in enough vitamins on their own or if it's just a placebo effect, but I felt great afterwards.I felt so good that my hubby and I researched the brand and ingredients for a good hour after I tried it out. While I wish this was cheaper, we compared it to other brands offering remotely the same type of ingredients/effects and I honestly think this is a good value for your money. Not only does this protein mix have prebiotics, probiotics and ingredients to reduce bloat, but it has a bit of super greens and a fruit formula that are pretty much all organic. It has MCT in it, which is particularly great if we go back on keto, because this mix is fairly low in carbs to make it totally doable on the keto diet. I also like that it has 20g of protein per serving, because I often need more on keto or even on just an average diet not aiming at weight loss or reduction in inflammation.It also has numerous ingredients that allegedly have mental health benefits, although I think Bacopa is in the other flavors but not included in this flavor for some reason (look online for the claims made about what Bacopa can do for mental health, and do your own research on it). The other flavors seem to rely on matcha green tea for energy instead of coffee, and I definitely plan on trying them out as well because of it.

On the back it says you could have this cold… the consistency says otherwise. Weird, weird chunks and clumps. I tried it with hot water and the consistency was better but it still had some thick, pulpy like texture in it. Taste isn’t awful and it has good benefits so I’ll definitely finish it but for what you get, how much and the quality of it I’d shop around.

I found this meal replacement to be a wonderful pick me up. If I was ever feeling like I was getting tired or slowing down, drinking one of these perked me right up. It isn’t just the caffeine either as the energy and focus seem better than just coffee alone and then when it starts to wear off, there’s no crash and tired feeling again, but rather a return to normal.The mix is a simple and grainy looking powder. I just used a standard shaker bottle to blend the mix up with some cold water and found that it did reasonably well, but it certainly takes some vigorous mixing to get it good and blended. Even then, there is still some minor settling, but it isn’t a lot and not too bad (better than most I’d say). It might do better in a blender to really get it mixed and whipped up.The mix comes in a resealable bag that seems like it will do well to keep it fresh until you hit the bottom of it. There is an included scoop that I think has a decent length to the handle (some can be too short and others so long its hard to get back in the container). The only issue I had with the scoop is that the bottom of the handle is hallow, so some mix can get packed in there and then spill out when you go to get a scoop of mix (and typically any of this extra misses the container and goes on the counter).The flavor is good and to me tastes a bit like salted caramel and coffee. The coffee flavor is decent, but maybe could be a tad better, but I’ve certainly had much worse, so this is plenty good (no need to be super picky as this isn’t an actual fancy coffee but a meal replacement). I liked the flavor and unless you don’t like coffee, I’d recommend it.Being a meal replacement, it has some good ingredients and seems to be fairly complete nutritionally (although I am not sure you could replace your entire diet with just this mix). I never felt bad after drinking it and only felt like my hunger wasn’t completely satiated. If I were to have this as a meal, I would tend to pair it with another snack (like this was just the drink portion of the meal). However, as a between meal snack, this is great and keeps you going strong.
