Silence Operation

Multi-Gig ports are the main feature of this switch

Disconnects and low POE

I had a 108tup and although it worked mostly, I had intermittent streaming tv disconnects on Pluto TV and other apps. Sometimes it would just stall and clock and other times it would just drop the app. I replaced it with a Cisco Meraki and this eliminated the dropouts. Additionally, I experienced much faster wireless connections which I attributed to the Netgear switch not providing adequate POE to the wireless access point.
