I'm sure this would've lasted longer if i wasn't jump roping on concrete, but it "lasted" about 3 months which is pretty good compared to the $10 nike speed rope i bought from burlington (lasted 2 days lol), within the first month of jumping the handles broke but i kept jumping with the steel connection thingy because i'm a barbarian, the pvc itself lasted about 2 months, but thats only because i put T-rex tape on the busted pvc that's filled with wires. This is a solid product if you'll only be jump roping indoors, but I jump rope outdoors on concrete mostly, and If i had to guess i've gotten about 50 hours of jump time in it so according to chatGPT about 500k jumps because i jumped for more than 30 minutes a day, i was outside jumping with it and it was literally on its last wire and there was something therapueic knowing i jumped with it to the point it literally split in half lol. Once the handles broke I started to use it for rope flow so that could have an effect on durability, weight wise the 1lb it distributed pretty well and once you get used to it its a nice conditioning tool. I'm 5 10'' and i didn't have to adjust the length at all and it was comfortable out the box. Overall, its valuable and good quality for this price range. If you plan on jump roping outside, buy a high-quality jump mat and if you do rope flow buy a dedicated rope from "Way of the Rope" from Tim Gym. Tbh for concrete a beaded rope might be better for durability so consider that, this is solid though if you'll mostly be using it indoors or on softer surfaces.

HereRopes are the best! I have several different ones. They are all great! I’d suggest getting the 1/4lb and 1/2lb ropes before getting the 1lb. The 1lb is hard core. They all are. You gotta work your way up…..
