Good product with heavy flywheel in comparison with others
So far so good. Came in strong packaging and easy to install. Compact size is one of the USP for this equipment, require less space. Initial run in done and it is operating fine. Long term usage can only be updated post continuous usage for few more months. Month 1 update - Working on well helped us to increase our stamina.

Awesome Stepper but not so good as an Elliptical Trainer
The Product is very good as a stepper but the arm attachments cannot be used as the rhythm of the legs do not synchronise with the arm movements at all. The display shows complete erroneous values at its will. However, as a stepper only, the product is awesome and i am loving it

Need to improve support and make it available online this product
Product is good and it is very innovative equipment but support could have been better and this product is not available here. The one which I received from was defective and there was less support but they do respond and I appreciate it.
