Great value! This is my 3rd year planting a large full-sun zinnia bed, but my first year using this specific brand of seeds. I purchased two packets of these seeds, in my opinion it’s a great value for the quantity (at the time of ordering I paid 5.99/packet). Zinnia seeds are very lightweight so you get a good amount for an ounce. Overall the flowers have been beautiful, they have been planted for 64 days now and I’m getting great blooms! Red, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Pink & White. Seeds germinated quick and I had sprouts 72hrs after planting. The first small flower bloomed 37 days after planting, but I’d say to get a good bunch of cutting flowers wasn’t until about 50-60 days. This year I mixed in a packet of cactus zinnias as well, but next year I’ll probably add a packet of a variegated or two tone color to add some more color variety. Overall very happy and will purchase again!

I had very little hope of seeing significant results, but I ended up getting flowers in December/January. I’m confused - in a good way. While I doubt there were actually 3,000 seeds, this approach has still been far better than buying plants from retail stores and replanting them. The plants grown from seed seem much stronger and better established, even though they were grown in the wrong season. This really is the way to go, much easier and more sustainable. Note that I just throw the seeds around without carefully place/space them.

So I had to do a review on these seeds. First of all you get tons of seeds for five dollars and some change. Secondly, prior to purchasing I read a lot of reviews where everybody was saying they germinate within two days. I thought “they must be really good gardeners”. With that said they were delivered on the seventh and I planted them on the seventh at like 1 AM in the morning, September 7, I didn’t use any fresh soil. I just put them in my garden area. I only did one section because I was in doubt as far as when n if they would germinate. But to my surprise, a portion of them in the section has germinated and the other half that hasn’t germinated… will probably germinate tomorrow. These are amazing. It’s a more permanent year-round Flower of many different colors. If you grow them really close together. it’s just like a field of flowers. Very impressed with these seeds. Can’t wait to get my entire garden done. I grew sunflowers prior to growing these and the sunflowers were beautiful and grew about 9 feet tall the biggest sunflower I’ve ever grown but, i needed something more permanent. With these you can Cut them and bring inside your home a fresh vase of flowers. I love that to and they will automatically re-bloom. Highly recommend these seeds, especially if you’re a beginner. you will have absolutely zero issues because, I wasn’t sure if I buried the seeds far enough in the dirt, but obviously I did because you can see from the pictures they’re all coming up…love them get them The pictures that you see the one where you see nothing is the night I planted them and the rest shows you the germination..3 days people till germination

I ordered five packets. I planted one spot twice with two packets and nothing germinated, despite the great soil. However, the third and fourth packets are astounding. Lots of double zinnias, different sizes, and heirloom colors. These were planted in an area that has been full of zinnias for years, but I can see the different varieties from these packages. Saving the last packet to share with friends. These are grown in Nicaragua in a rain forest environment, zone 10.
