JBL Cinema SB350 Home Cinema 2.1 Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer

I can’t believe that this one soundbar and subwoofer make so much sound. I bought this on sale to replace a Vizio 5.1 soundbar/sub/speaker set in my bedroom and was very dubious that I’d feel that the surround was adequate. It absolutely is. The sub shakes my bed and the soundbar is crisp and truly does stereo properly. I haven’t hadn’t nearly the sound dropout that I experienced with the Vizio (one very quick moment over several days versus a second of silence every half hour) and the setup was easy! I am SO pleasantly surprised with this lightning deal!

We did have some initial difficulty getting the subwoofer and the bar to pair, but found that making sure the blue light on the back of the bar was blinking RAPIDLY instead of steadily caused them to pair. I had to push the bluetooth button on the back of the bar several time and firmly to get it to blink rapidly. This solved the problem. The sound is great and we are pleased with it other than the initial difficulty and the terrible instructions that come with it.

I was very excited to received my soundbar and make it part of my home theater system. JBL came highly recommended from our AV Tech at work. I have the soundbar connected to a Samsung SmartTV through the optical linkage. Sound is very good... however, I can't get the subwoofer to pair and bond with the controller. It's been very frustrating. I searched online and found very little help in remedying the problem. I called tech support (offshore) and was advised to turn off my Wi-Fi and try again. Didn't work! Got disconnected, or hung up on. It's been over an hour with no luck, no matter what I've tried. Giving up for tonight and may try again tomorrow.I cannot recommend this unit to anyone based on my experience. I believe a product should work defect-free right out of the box. Including, a troubleshoot guide should I run into an issue and a highly visible toll-free number to call for service.

The sound is decent once you get it working but God forbid you hit the wrong button on the too tiny to see properly icons remote... Getting it working and connected again once it's gone off into some random mode has left us scratching our heads multiple times. In Bluetooth mode, the subwoofer consistently pops loudly at random intervals.Customer service was great when we had a damaged cone but this product is by far the most finicky, problematic piece of stereo equipment that I've had in over twenty years. :(

I like the sound of the product, but the remote control is inconvenient. Especially, it is most uncomfortable to know how much it is when adjusting the volume or adjusting the bass.

best sound system for the money. I have attached this to my new 55" curved Samsung and the sound is amazing with the bass option. Looks like you are in a movie hall. great buy.

After some pairing issues it works great very good base

Awesome sound. A little tricky to synch the two components and the JBL instructions suck.
