Love this winder. Multiple TPD settings and variable directions. Winder is completely quiet. Comes with two sizes of watch pillows, the large fit my watches and actually have to be compressed a bit. Holds watches without slipping, lined case is very soft. I thought the screw on faceplate would be annoying, but honestly, i like it and it’s easy on easy off. Also love that you can connect more than one unit off same power cord. Hands down a great winder.

I’ve never written a negative review before but I feel compelled to warn others. The problem with this winder, I discovered, is that while the watches turn, the back wall of the space they occupy does not. My watches are clasped around the included pillow but, I learned, the pillow doesn’t hold the watch securely in place while the winder is turning. As a result, the pillow shifts backwards or forwards. Twice now my watch’s clasp came in contact with the stationary back wall of the winder while it was turning, thus scratching it. After the first time, I buffed out the large scratch as best I could and when I realized how it happened, I tried keeping the watch as far forward in the compartment as possible. Then the front of the watch contacted the front glass as the pillow shifted forward. So I tried being extra careful to keep the pillow in the middle. When the clasp got scratched again, I decided this is not the winder for me. Unfortunately it’s been nearly two months and I can no longer return it.

The device works as expected, until it doesnt. My unit, like many other died within the 3 year warranty. The fact that my warranty is a parts kit and a how-to video bothers me a bit, hence the 3 star rating. I assume the fix will last, hopefully. If this was a REAL warranty, I would give it a 4. the screw on covers for the watches and the way the watch can sit off kilter in the device (which I understand is my fault for putting it that way) which can lead to the watch touching the cover... is why this could be a 4, but not a 5.

I purchased two of these winders and the both worked well initially. One stopped working within the warranty period. I contacted Mozsly customer support via e-mail. They responded via e-mail and after I provided proof of purchase they sent out a complete kit to rebuild the winder. Instructions were clear, came with all the needed tools and it was simple to fix myself. The winder works perfectly again. Really good experience overall.

It looks great and works great--no complaints there. But if you're the kind of person who likes to put your pieces on the winder each day, between wears, then this is not the most convenient system. Forget the fact that you have to screw and unscrew the cover each time (as opposed to just flipping open a cover), the act of placing the piece on the pillow, sliding that in, and then, worse yet, removing the whole thing, is not particularly easy. If you plan to simply store your watches for longer periods of time, then it's not a problem. But if you plan on going in there each day, then I'd look elsewhere.
