Work for track shoes
These are great. I have 2 kids that use these and they just finished their 2nd track season. No complaints.

Exactly What You Would Expect
It's spikes for Track and Cross Country. Not much more to expect. The only issue I have is with the packaging. I would recommend you use an old pill bottle to hold the spikes because the little plastic box they give you will open in a bag as it gets jiggled around.

Una de las caja llego rota y por lo menos 70 de los spikes no llegaron. Supongo que fue un problema en el reparto, mis otras dos cajas llegaron bien.
