Feels and looks good. 4.5 Stars
I couldn’t pass up the Black Friday deal. 13.000lbs winch for a Pathfinder R50, 2000. It was easy to install, i did the hidden winch tray (under the bumper). Fits very well and looks good. Simple design, sober but robust. No bell and whistles, jus a robust winch. The winch is IP68, with synthetic rope. One flaw fot now, the hook felt on the ground and the "lip" broke. I just tension the rope with another Pathfinder, and so far, so good. The noise is aceptable and works good. i would give 4.5 and no 5, because of the hook.

Feels heavy duty
I got this as a gift for my father’s Jeep Wrangler. I couldn’t pass up the Black Friday deal at $287. The synthetic rope version was exactly what my dad was looking for. He said it felt very solid and was easy to mount. It only took him about 30 minutes to install. Hopefully it serves him well, in upstate NY. This particular model in IP68, but he’ll be purchasing a cover to take additional precautions to protect it.

Plastic cover came broken, probably happened in transit. After messaging the seller they sent a new one right away. Excellent customer service and a good product.

Xbull for Excellence
Fantastic product heavy duty very easy to install, works and operates great also I recommend an inline fuse relay and I also recommend the winch cover also very well made. Also spoke with Xbull rep directly and his customer service was fantastic and efficient

Not Good
First of all… Winch took 2 months to actually arrive which may be from outside factors… Who knows. Secondly, I spent a full day hooking this thing up just for the gears to be busted. Winch had absolutely no pulling power. Sure it might be a good cheap option if you actually get a working one but I wouldn’t recommend this product overall.
