If you want them to stick you're going to need extra adhesive to be added. Yes I wiped them off with soapy water let it dry and installed them. Stayed about a week went to a carr wash and they all came off. Had to wait for car wash to be empty to go in and get them back.

It is not the center cap but the cover for the cap. Still pretty nice, but I still need to order the center caps.
