Blew me away
I've been using Reolink for years. Both at home and at the office. The NVR system at the office is all hardwired and has had no issues in about 5 years of 24/7 operation, other than one camera that drops off every few months and comes right back when I power cycle the NVR. Not worth troubleshooting as that's actually the least needed camera so I just deal with it.I've had two different NVR's at my house over the same time, the most recent one a purchase about 2 years or so ago I think. I've gone through a few cameras other to test in addition to the bullet cameras that it came with, but THIS one is my favorite of all the cameras I've tried. But bullet cams were fine but have a narrow field of view, and I wanted something better on my driveway. I have one cam that points south east on the patio that catches half the front yard, and the one for the driveway that points south west to capture the other half. But the driveway camera couldn't give me the view I wanted of the whole driveway and mailbox when it was angled enough to catch my garage opening. I hoped this one would supplement the other front yard camera to give me better coverage. And it absolutely did.I'm shocked at how little distortion there is in the stitched together images. It's so smooth you'd never think this was two separate cameras working as one. It really does give me that 180 degree view, a better shot of my garage door and it stretches all the way to the neighbor's garage door.Clarity is amazing. I just love the resolution I get now when I zoom in.Spotlight is bright, but I don't use it other than when motion is detected, and that's mostly for the neighbors who walk their dogs at night and refuse to adhere to the signs I have restricting animals using my mailbox as a restroom. This way they are reminded that yes, they're on camera every time that spotlight lights up the area as they walk at night. This will keep me from having to turn on the front yard lights all night long.Very quick and easy to mount. With the initial bracket, this makes it actually by far the easiest camera of ALL brands I've ever mounted in my yard to get up under the eaves.I made the initial error of wanting the "closed and clean" looking side of the mounting arm facing forward, for a better, cleaner look, but then I couldn't tilt the camera down as much as I wanted to get more of my front yard. I had to reverse it into the normal position to get it to tilt down at all.Field of view vertically is actually better than I expected as well. And as always, the tagging of motion that I have, and emails sent when there is people or animals in the detection area, is spot on. Never a false detection from anything else moving. It's a bit pricier than the other cameras, but if you have a good place to mount it, I like this much better than two trying to cover the same area.

Excellent Outdoor Camera
This excellent outdoor camera has a message saying "product returned with frequency," and I want to prevent another customer from purchasing it without knowing why it's being returned so often. It's a very good camera, but it's more for outdoor use than for indoor use. Its image angle is very wide, or exactly 180 degrees. If you buy it for indoor use, like in a living room, dining room, etc., it won't work. Its image quality is superior; 16 MP is perfect; you can see any intruder's face.On the other hand, one of the reasons it's being returned is in the configuration. It's not very clear, and if you try to configure it using Wi-Fi, you won't be able to do so because it doesn't have software to install Wi-Fi. However, the solution is to connect the network cable or RJ-45 that comes with the camera, and then you can configure it and the Wi-Fi as well, but it's very easy and quick.I hope this message has helped. I've already bought another one for my patio.

Great Picture Quality and Interface Performance
Another slam dunk in device quality and function. They really worked out the slow load and stream delay issues from previous models. The interface, even working remotely, is snappy, and the picture quality day and night is superb. My only gripe, the ethernet plug doesnt fit through the mount hole, it's just barely too small. Needed to shave about a millimeter off the hole with a box butter to press the cable through.

Work great - Different initial setup from other Reolink cameras
This is my 13th Reolink "active" camera. Really like the wide angle view! Can finally see entire backyard. Connected to network via WiFi and to my ReolInk RLN36 NVR. So far everything works great. Will upgrade front camera to one of these later. The RLN36 NVR supports up to 6MP but that is not an issue for me as 16MP over WiFi is not ideal.Reason for 4 stars is Reolink changed the initial setup. Usually I can just scan the QR to add to the app and setup WiFi. This camera requires ethernet connection to configure, not QR. Not a major issue but my network switch is in a a hidden location. Not easy to get new cable to it.

Clean extra wide angle
I did a lot of research before buying this security camera. WiFi was important for me since I can't run an Ethernet cable. And powered was important so I don't have to deal with batteries. This handles it all. Other benefits is that no cloud subscription is needed. All videos are stored on internal micro SD card, up to 512 GB. The wide angle lens is clean with almost zero fish-eye. The video quality is okay. Close distance are clear and sharp. But if you zoom for someone across the street, it gets grainy. There's very little latency. Probably less than a second. The two way audio is also very good. And there's a. Option to record with audio. Also the built in night light is bright and works great. Lots of good useful features and all is controlled by the app. Overall this is an excellent buy and recommend.
