These squat wedges are sturdy and perfect. I use them for squats, calf raises, and lunges. I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

They are a good height,but needs to have some type of floor protection on the bottom so it doesn't scrape up your gym floor.

honestly? what's not to love?

These things are definitely heavy duty. The diamond texture gives a small amount of added grip, but I think most of it comes from the texture of the paint. I can stand on them barefoot and the diamond texture isn't uncomfortable, so I can say it's not raised very or overly textured. If you have shoes with a slick sole, you'll slide right off of these (again, the diamond texture isn't doing anything).The biggest problem is that they are made from plate metal and the design puts flat edges right against the surface of the floor. So you can't use these on anything other than concrete or a piece of carpet, and even then you won't want to use it on finished concrete if you don't wan to scratch off your finish. So, definitely make sure you have a scrap of carpet or something to put under this.

They are all metal and very strong. They don't bend and are great for wedges for different exercises. I can stretch my calf and use them for squats.The only downside and not 5 stars is because they don't have rubber feet as the page says they have. You can see in my picture of the bottom that they have these little round "feet" but they are hard plastic, not rubber. The wedge can slide on hard surfaces. I really wish they had rubber on the bottom to stop sliding and protect my floors. I am very nervous to use these on wood floors. I will have to find some anti-slip pads to attach.

Been looking for a great pair of Wedges for months. Decided against the 1 piece wedge as I rather have the two piece for more options. Seen a ton of the rubber wedges, though most were small and too slim. Almost decided on a cork screw set of Wedges but still wasn't convinced that the metal wedges wouldn't be better. Then I came across the Squat Wedge Pro, ordered, delivery was very quick, packed very secure and neat. So far, I'm in Love! Made of steel, 20°, measured 13.5x 6.8x 4.3, nonslip, added curves under bottom to add resistance bands and decent price. They look very high end. Other wedges made of either metal or rubber are priced at almost double of this product(amount I'm not willing to pay), so very affordable and should last for years to come. I used while wearing rubber sole shoes, no issues. Ok barefoot but don't recommend with only socks on, can be a bit slippery. Highly recommend! Good for calf raises, squats, stretching, deadlifts, balance exercises, hip thrusts, glute bridges, etc. Also a good tool to use when working on plantar fasciitis and other therapy exercises involving feet, ankle and lower extremities. Very versital product to own for years to come.
