wikiwiki Solar Led Patio Umbrella with Base

Great umbrella! This is our second purchase from WikiWiki and we couldn’t be more pleased. Last year we bought the 10’ cantilever umbrella and just added this 10’ market umbrella to complete our set. Very impressed with the weight and sturdiness of the pole. Love the fact that WikiWiki sends a free replacement canopy right after purchase. They’ve been a pleasure to deal with and I strongly suggest you look at the cantilever umbrella as well!

After adding landscaping bricks to the base, this umbrella has stood up super well. We’ve had multiple storms with high winds and it hasn’t knocked it over. It blocks the sun well and was easy to assemble. Customer service is excellent as well!

I just received my umbrella at my door and unfortunately the box is already telling a lot about this product. The box has dents, wholes in it and was removed completely covered in tape! I haven't even put the umbrella together but simply removing it from the box showed me that it was obviously used. Scratches everywhere!! I will n ed help putting it up but so far this is not off to a great start!

I like the material; seems more sturdy and looks more high end. The color mocha is very calming. My husband wanted the red color, or the green, but was happy with my choice. It was easy to assemble and to open and close. We checked to see how the tilt function worked and was happy with the ease. The day we installed was a little windy, so to test them we left them open, and watched, and they barely moved, which impressed us. I was disappointed to see the umbrella on sale (a week after I purchased) during prime days, as I could have saved quite a bit, but my satisfaction with the product made me happy, and Amazon helped with a promo code. I highly recommend.

I love how much shade coverage this umbrella provides but when we received it, there was a whole in the fabric. We patched it ourselves. We used this umbrella on weekends for almost 2 months and it snapped at the base yesterday. Fortunately, nobody was underneath at the time it broke. I couldn’t figure out how to contact the manufacturer and I’m outside the 30 day return window for Amazon, so I’m stuck with a $400 lawn decoration. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
