Love it, such an upgrade. Consider using only the upper bar on one side. Cannot hang a long dress with both upper and lower bar levels. That was ok for our kids closet but probably not a grown up.

Fantastic system! The wood appears to be coated with a hard painted coating, really nice! I spent about 5 hours removing my old wire system and installing this new one. That includes cutting the boards due to them being a little too wide. The holes were all drilled perfectly and there was extra hardware in case you drop and lose a screw. The instructions were very clear. Overall I am very pleased with the product. I have bought a second one to do my wife’s closet next.

Received 1 board broken. No response from seller yet. Otherwise easy to assemble.

I’m very pleased with this closet system. I bought three of them for my master closet but had to return one once I realized it would block my crawl space access cover. This system was a fraction of the cost of the other brands of wood systems out there but the quality is equal in my opinion. Installation instructions were good and parts were clearly labeled.I did need to cut the shelves and I recommend using a jigsaw with a high count tooth blade. I used painters tape to protect the finish while cutting. The shelves cut beautifully with minimal to no chipping.Note: the shortest the hanging clothes rod will go is 26”. That installation requires being able to shrink the rod, and then expand into the rod holders.The depth of this system is perfect for adult hangers. The drawers might not fit shirts or sweaters if you’re on the plus side.

The media could not be loaded. Highly recommend! Bought this to replace wire racks and couldn’t be happier with the decision. We purchased this plus the two side inserts. Very sturdy and functional- perfect for those trying to organize your closet space and have more drawers hidden away. We did hire a handyman to help as it took around 3-4 hours with 3 people to build.

I am disappointed in this product. I purchased 2 of the closet systems because it stated it would fit closet space between 4 to 9 feet. This is untrue. What they forgot to say is the poles do not fit a 4 foot space. After putting the system all together it was useless as the poles would not fit in the space needed to hang the clothes. Of course I can't get my money back because the system was put together, the boards were already cut, and connected to the wall before we realized the poles would not fit. Totally misleading! I will never again nor do I recommend this purchase to anyone!Update: Poor customer service. Not only is the web description misleading, they want me to pay for the return. They offered me a $30 discount to purchase something else when the return of the product is well over $30 due to size and weight. Never again will I buy anything from this company!!!
