A good deal if your expectations are realistic
Good: Priced aggressively with the amount of adjustments offered compared to this price range. Arms are solid with lots of adjustment and pads are comfortable. Height adjustment does what it should and reclining adjustment can be stopped at any point in the recline (unlike some chairs that only have 3 or 4 recline levels). Leg rest is nice and seems sturdy enough to support the typical pair of legs. I like to have it folded up but close to the chair and sit crisscross and it's nice not having my legs crushed under me like they would be in a normal chair.Bad: I bought this expecting the cushion to be bad based on other reviews and that was absolutely correct, you will spend another $10-15 for a nice seat cushion. But that didn't turn me away. The real disappointments are the back and head rest. The lumbar support seems to operate on plastic adjustment levels and even the slightest bit of pressure will jolt the entire lumbar back to it's farthest level. So if you have the lumbar adjusted forward at all and attempt to recline in this chair it will pretty much break the adjuster and send the lumbar all the way back. There is a similar problem with the headrest. The headrest height adjustment is equally useless and will fall down even from it's own weight if it is at any adjustment above the absolute lowest. The angle adjustment is fine but the way they have the height adjuster can not even hold the head rest up against gravity. Also, the seat is unnecessarily large. So much so that my body only covers maybe 60% of the seat. There is a lot of unused seat space that goes under and beyond the back of the chair, just doesn't make sense to me why it was built like that.Overall: For reference I am 5'11 and 180lbs. With the above mentioned lack of quality adjustments i ended up lucky where the farthest back lumbar option and lowest head rest option are actually where i'd probably put them anyway. The lack of adjustment in these areas doesn't reduce the usability of the chair for me and my preferences specifically. But it is really sad that these two adjustments broke on day one and it makes me worry about how this chair will hold up several weeks to several months from now. I am going to try it for a week or two and reevaluate but i am also looking at other chairs. If you know that going in to the purchase it could be a very good deal for the right person.

Good quality and functionality.
The chair looks great, quality is really good, but the seat padding is a little thin. The adjustable features of this chair are great and it does have a wide seat, which might be appealing to some. I would recommend this chair over others. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. My only issue is the thin seat cushion which isn’t that huge issue.

Comfort Upgrade Worth Every Penny
This chair was easy to put together — I had it fully assembled in under 20 minutes with no issues. Once done, wow… it’s such a comfortable and supportive upgrade. The thick, cushioned seat is soft but supportive, making it easy to sit for hours without discomfort. The adjustable headrest, armrests, and lumbar support make it simple to find the perfect position, and the mesh back keeps me cool during long sessions. Everything feels solid and well-made, and the adjustments are smooth. It’s a big step up from my old chair, and I can already feel the difference in my posture.Pros:Quick, straightforward assemblyThick, comfortable seat cushionMultiple adjustment points for headrest, arms, and lumbarSupportive 2D lumbar that locks in placeSmooth tilt and solid build qualityCons:Armrests have a bit of play at the highest settingVerdict:An excellent ergonomic chair that’s comfortable, customizable, and easy to assemble. Feels like it was built to last and keeps me supported all day.

DON'T Buy this Chair!
The seat is horrible, like plywood. If you can put your head backward past your shoulders, the headrest will work, other than that it's useless. The lumbar support is, yeah, like a BAR, no support, and hurts. The arm rests were ok, a little hard, but not bad, good range of motion. Takes about 30 minutes to assemble the Chair at a minimum. DON'T buy this Chair!

A good investment for my lumbar lol
The media could not be loaded. This chair is totally worth it. As a grad student I spend hours at my desk, my back was killing me and an ergonomic chair is really needed. The lumbar support is spot on, and the seat cushion is super comfy—firm but not too hard. The adjustable armrests is luckily perfect suit for my table’s height, especially when I need long time typing. Assembly was pretty easy, took me about 30ish minutes. The build feels solid, and the wheels roll smoothly. For the price, it’s totally worth it. Will definitely recommend this one if u looking for a chair that keeps you comfy for long hours.

Lots of adjustments
Good to have for my teen. Nice lumbar support adjustment. Armrest could be adjusted in many ways, pretty convenient though.
