A truly great malt.
Cardhu is a very tasty malt indeed. A rich full taste, smooth, with caramel and vanilla flavours. It smells absolutely divine. It recommends drinking from a balloon, brandy type glass, and I can understand why. Of all the malts this does have some of the best aromas. It's a Speyside malt. Not usually my favourite, I tend to prefer Islay malts, but I'm happy to make an exception for Cardhu. It's aged 12 years, and that really shows in the depths of the flavours. It's bang on 40% proof. It also comes in a gorgeous bottle. It looks like a decanter, with a proper wood stopper. Unfortunately it's never around that long to look at, I can't think why. Purchased for a friends Birthday. He was over the moon. He commented the taste was so smooth and tasty.

Smooth as silk
Beautiful smooth whisky. I drink it with the slightest drop of water, although it's also nice when consumed neat. An absolute delight, even my wife who doesn't usually like whisky thoroughly enjoyed it If you aren't a huge fan of smoky or peaty whiskies then this is absolutely a great choice. You wont be disappointed Delivered far quicker than expected. 5 stars for service.

Very good, affordable, whiskey
About, for the price - especially when discounted, the most "quaffable" whisky there is. A really pleasant whiskey - I like two spots of water in mine....

Lovely Bottle (Present)
I don't drink so don't know about the flavour. But my Father was very happy with this. Great price for a 12 year old. Age verification was required as law requires.

Present for a friend
This arrived on time and in good condition. There was a small amount of damage to the box, but nothing to complain about really. As it was a present for a friend, and I don't like scotch I can't say if it was good, though they said it was a nice drop.
