Best results for flavor are to rinse with cold water 1-2 minutes, pat dry and place in pan with 2 spoons of olive oil or butter for 2-4 minutes . If you don’t do this you’ll taste the plant -if you do this it’s pretty good-I’m Italian and love pasta so this is great for reducing some carbs

Miracle noodles are amazing. They have the mouthfeel of regular spaghetti, but practically zero calories, and practically zero carbohydrates. You don't even have to cook them, and I often eat them cold. I have started making my own from scratch because ready made miracle noodles are so expensive.

These are great, just need to know how to use them. They take on the flavor of whatever you cook them with. Great for low call eating and you need to know they are not going to be like noodles. But they have no calories, of course they aren't noodles. They are amazing for what they are and we love them. Highly recommend.

It's absolutely critical to follow the instructions. You do not boil these noodles or they will be a hot mess. Open the inner packaging, rinse thoroughly, dry in a hot pan. What this does is basically take away moisture and all unique flavor, opening up the pasta to the flavor of whatever you are adding them to. Most recently I made Vietnamese Pho. I follow a low carb diet, so rice noodles are off the table. I made my pho broth, added these noodles to a bowl and poured a small amount of broth over them after drying them. When serving we added all of the items that go with it and poured hot pho broth over the whole thing and it was practically indistinguishable from pho with rice noodles. They held together, had a nice tooth feel when biting, and were long (you actually need to cut them a bit, because they are very long threads). Also have used with other cuisines, like Italian sauces, approximating wheat pasta. Very low carb and calorie.

About as flavorful as water. They taste like whatever you put them in. Cook them longer than the recommended time for better consistency.
