Very Tasty
These are great! I bought them to nibble on when I was feeling under the weather as ginger is supposed to ...not sure but it's supposed to do something. I don't know if they helped me recover or not but they were very tasty and had a nice spicy kick to them.

Delicious ginger, pieces vary greatly in size.
Really lovely crystallised ginger. It's very pale and soft, almost like eating a soft jelly, and although there's sugary coating on the pieces it's not excessive but there's some loose gingery sugar in the bag. The ginger is very sweet and flavourful though as expected! I couldn't tell that this was any more fiery than other brands of ginger I've bought (doesn't all ginger have a bit of a fiery twang?), so their product name is slightly deceptive. I've given this five stars based on the flavour and quality but I need to mention that there is one small point, that the ginger is all different in size and shape. Some are really very small pieces but there's no particularly huge pieces. That isn't an issue for my intended purpose (or for snacking on!) but for one or two baking/cake/dessert purposes it might not be what you need with all the different sizes and shapes and the little bits of 'shrapnel'.Another positive is the handy resealable bag; although this is quite a small bag of crystallised ginger (compared to others you can buy from Amazon) ginger does go a long way!

Small but taste OK
Taste and texture are good. I wanted larger pieces to dip in tempered chocolate, but these were too small.If nibbles are what you are looking for, then you'll enjoy these

Delicious fine little of pieces of Ginger.
Put some into my muesli. What a kick, delicious. Have also been sneeking a few pieces just to eat. Will be buying more, and more.Little pieces, not normal sizes chunks will be ideal for cooking.

Very tasty
After being told I need to have more fluids. I have started drinking lemon & ginger tea. I saw these and thought great. I now add it to my tea and it makes my tea a lot tastier.

Ideal for baking and decorating cakes, highly recommended. Good texture, stays fresh, and adds a perfect ginger kick.
