Ok for hanging occassionally but the foam grips rotate arond the bar so you could risk injuring your wrist or elbow if you don't use it with caution. Height cannot be adjusted as such.

Unexpectedly superb product, bought with a doubt but its very good. Bought for my kid but im with 75kg body weight can easily hang and do workout and have fun. Surely a worthy product for the money spent.
