It is a very good product for me. I need a capsule with greater amount vs. a solid pill.

I love these that they are in capsule instead of tablets or caplets. They are a stronger dosage than the other so you take less of them for better results.

I got this product to help with my skin (collagen, pores, glow, healing) and for my hair. I burnt myself on an iron about 12 days before I got this and I could tell it was taking a lot longer to heal up. After three days of taking this, I can see a HUGE difference in my burn, as well as my face. I stopped taking this product about a year ago and started to notice how dull and dry my skin was looking. Again, just three days later I could see an improvement. I am very happy with this product and will be buying more.

They are easy to swallow, and I take one in the morning and one at night.
