Good all rounder - go a size up!
A very nice clean style of trainer, with good heel support, comfortable padding and they're nice and lightweight. Not sure that they're a serious choice for jogging, given that they sit low on the ankle and won't offer much support or protection there but as a piece of fashion-footwear they're versatile and fit a lot of styles. I dare say you could do light treadmill work with them. However, take good notice of all the reviews saying that these fit on the small side - that's absolutely right and you ought to try a pair half a size or even a full size higher than your normal size.
