Just about the best tasting salt I have found. I don't like the strong sodium taste of the Utah salt and this is even better than the Himalayan salt. It has none of the anti-caking chemicals fond in most commercial salts found in the grocery stores. I still prefer Celtic salt but wanted to try this after hearing a chief recommend it. It has a slightly different taste. Some days I will use Celtic and other days I will use the Baja.

I love this salt. I've only been using baja mineral salt for a year and this is a good one. It tastes great and I love the little crunch of the grains. I usually prefer the flakey salt but this one didn't disappoint.

The great part of this salt is it's only a slight salt taste, not heavy. I use this as an electrolyte because of the mineral content. Out of all the specific electrolyte products I've tried, this salt works the best AND I feel it almost immediatly after hydrating with it. I mix 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) into 500 ml (2 cups) water. I also sprinkle a little on popcorn. Try it!!!
