Pool heater review.
I bought a Pool Heater around two months ago. My initial experience wasn’t very good. Considering of the pool heater wasn’t heating properly. However, I contacted the company and they responded very quickly. Not only did they fix my issue. They even gave me a full refund. They sent me out another heating unit which is more than did the job. The new heater is amazing and worked exceptionally well. I will definitely be purchasing my next Pool Heater from the same company.They have excellent customer service and they actually seem like they really cared about my issue. I can’t tell you how much this means to me.💯 recomme instead o This company!

Poor value
Product arrived with a dent although outside packaging was perfect. Apparently a repackaged defect. Unable to unpack without compromising the packaging making it impossible to return. No user manual to set up. Poor valu for the cost

I received the heater with the control panel damaged due to a blow, I contacted customer service and the seller contacted me and sent me a replacement very quickly.

Works great. Ambient temperature was running high 60s and pool temp set at and is 95 currently.
