Stays on…100% silk. Hair looks great in morning. Game changer, esp. since I use CPAP. Wish I bought a second one to have when I wash/line dry. Beautiful color (dark green). So much cooler than the polyester one I was using.

I adore this silk bonnet. I chose this because I’ve read 22-mommy is ideal for hair health and preventing friction. It’s definitely authentic silk and it has a little weight to it, so it seems like it will last and not wear out easily. But it’s not heavy or too hot. It feels luxurious and special. I would even gift this to someone because it’s so nice. I’m using this to protect my hair at night, even though I sleep on silk pillowcases. I haven’t had any issues with it slipping off like other reviewers mentioned. The bands are soft/stretchy and there is some light elastic in the back. It’s comfortable to wear. My shoulder length curly hair fits inside with ease. If you have extremely thick or waist length hair or braids, I’m not sure if all of it would fit inside. I would consider this to be a “normal” size, not a jumbo/xl sized bonnet. I just hope my hair still fits inside when it reaches waist length again. Because right now, it’s perfect, not too big or too small, I’ll update in 2-4 years from now if anything changes. If your hair is a bit longer than mine, I still think you’d be able to wear this. I was able to get a good deal on this and I’m so happy with my purchase. If you’re looking to upgrade from a satin bonnet, get this.

If you need a Bonnet that stays on in the night. This one might be for you!! The silk is soft. The band is stretchy and is easily adjustable. Once you've found a way that works for you. The first few nights I had tucked my ears in and I was getting head aches. As some of the reviews have posted. I had a friend mention that I should tuck the band behind my ears and try that way. Which has eliminated the majority of the head aches. If you find that the knot in the front is causing pressure. Go to the back of your Bonnet, where the straps cross. And tighten it there. It'll keep the Knott on your forgead from pushing against your head, causing the pressure that can make some uncomfortable. If your wondering if the bonnet will stay on, because you toss and turn. I can reassure you, it will. Most nights I toss and turn like I'm fighting demons in my sleep. Weighted blanket kicked off. Pillows tossed everywhere. I'm starfish diagonally across the bed. Where the bonnet? Still on my head, unphased, and ready for the next nights abuse. I have baby fine hair, that some days feels impossible to find anything to stay in its position. Especially at night. I'm very happy with this purchase for the price range. My hair is in love with this. The ONLY thing I have a minor issue with. Is the tie band isn't silk. So my forehead hair line is a tad frizzy in the morning. None the less. For this price range. This is a great starter bonnet!!
