I'm a big believer in the efficacy of anthocyanins, and have been taking them either as a supplement, or in the form of fresh fruit, for a few years now. I'm not a doctor, so I cannot comment on the medical claims or the evidence, but you can do your own trusted source research and make your own mind up about the benefits. This is a high quality, high strength supplement, and the capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless. I think they're good value for money, and would have no problem ordering more. As always, it's advised that you consult your GP or pharmacist first, if you are taking long term medications.
