I have some worn areas on the inside of the back of my sneakers. I pressed these over them, and they adhere very well. They don't slide, and the edges don't peel off. It provides a little bit of softness where the lining used to be and seem quite durable. Super easy to use too!

My pickleball shoes were disintegrating on the heel of my shoe. With the use of these patches, I was able to restore the shoes for continued wear. The various size patches are very helpful and at $1/patch it is a reasonable value. In a pitch you could use a fabric bandaid but these patches really hold your shoe together. As you can see from the photos my heel was in bad shape and these patches worked well. I would have liked two more patches but I was able to make it work. I would recommend these patches for others. Update: I wore the shoes with the patches once and the fabric from the patches started wearing off. Take a look at photo 4 and 5. My socks became blue with the material worn off the patches. The adhesive is good but the patches do not appear to last very long.
