11 ft. x 20 ft. Wooden Gable Roof Carport

Very pleased - took 4 guys to put together. One bracket was missing - they sent one right away.

This is a nice looking carport. We added heavier anchors. That’s the only thing we changed. It is well worth what we paid!

I love the look of this carport. It went up fairly quickly with two people. It seems to be sturdy and well built. I do recommend! Only thing I noticed is that the color stated said brown roof and black. Nothing is brown and I’m glad about that.

I really like my carport I bought through Lowe’s. But I knew with wind and snow I would need to add pressure treated 2x4’s for a few hundred bucks and make this carport bullet proof. It’s like saving on a pizza from Papa Murphys, you add cheeses some olives you got a masterpiece and these days hiring a contractor to build a carport would be in my estimate about 8 to 10k? Buy the carport and upgrade it. Use upgraded joist hangers and beef up that undercarriage. Enjoy this beautiful carport it’s the nicest looking carport I think. I even plan to cover the roof in the summer so snow can just slide off easily. The bottom line is I saved and it looks great. Also in the spring I plan to screw the roof down to the new undercarriage I created. Really simple stuff and I will have a $10,000 carport. That cost me $5k.

Positives: Seems to be quality material. Everything is fitting together nicely. Negatives: While putting it together, there are inserts missing where the bolts are screwed in (see pics). Just poor quality control. It put a halt on construction. Waiting to hear back from company on shipping replacement parts. Frustrating because I will have to take the lower frame apart to replace with the new post and cross member (assuming they will send replacements).

While the instructions for this could be better, I cannot speak highly enough of this pergola. It took us several days and extra hands to install. We just experienced a storm with 100 mph winds, and this pergola came out spotless. We love it!

The roofing material is a little flimsy. The delivery company took four (4) times to deliver the item. Other than that, the instructions for assembly were good.

I was apprehensive to take this on as an assembly project. All in all, it was a positive experience. The item was well packed. All parts were there and clearly marked. Just make sure you have at least 4 people. Follow the directions. Make sure it's square and you'll be good to go!
