Great chair!
I have cats, so I wanted a nice leather looking microfiber desk chair since they dont tear that material up. I was surprised how hard those are to find! First, assembly is fairly straight forward. If I had any complaint, screwing the wood covers on probably takes an actual screwdriver- the holes arent piloted so you'll need some pressure to get the screw to bite. Once assembled, its a decent size chair. I had a La-Z-boy from staples before, so for comparison, it's about as deep, slightly narrower, and about as tall. The recline portion goes just far enough back that you feel like you may tip over, so you'll probably need to tune tension there. I haven't fallen over yet, but it reclines and it reclines hard lol. Color is nice - I like it better in person I think than photos. Smell is good but interesting - its whatever they put on it for the texture. If I had any complaints, that's a minor one: there was a very small blemish on the back where a white residue from the fabric finish is stuck on. It took a lot of scrubbing and its mostly gone now, though. Other than that, I did notice the buttons arent tufted tight. This means when you sit and decompress the base, some of them are loose enough to snag. Ill probably eventually have some pop off and have to resew them. No issues with the wings for me - i just screwed the brackets tight and pulled the fabric a bit to make the seam nice. Overall comfortable. A good size- thought it may struggle to slide under small desks. Looks great. Would buy again.

Great chair!
Excellent quality! Love this executive office chair and feels extremely comfortable. Classy and wide to sit in. Definitely worth the price. Little difficult directions but easy enough once you realize the brackets are already together and need separated to screw in place on the back support. Definitely a must buy if you don’t wanna buy a $1000 executive chair

Beautiful and High-End
Beautiful and comfortable. Very high-end feel. Unfortunately, it took a while to put together..directions don’t do a great job and it took multiple attempts to get right. But, once assembled we love it!

OK chair, but the juice isn't worth the squeeze
*UPDATE* - Moving down to 1 star for two reasons: still couldn't get a paid return/refund so had to escalate to Amazon (who is taking care of me with their A-Z guarantee) and also on my *third day of use* it looks like I'm already about to lose at least 2 buttons on the seat. They are held on by the thinnest little piece of thread and are already loose and dangling. Not even 3 whole workdays of literally just sitting here while on calls. So yeah, it's a chair that gets damaged - from being sat on. BUYER BEWARE. Where to begin? I ordered this chair in brown and they delivered a GREEN one. I contacted Amazon and they stated it was a 3rd party seller but reassured me I'd be taken care of and the easiest solution would be to order it again, ship this one back and get a refund. I tried doing through the automated process but the return shipping wasn't paid and this is a HUGE 70 pound box. I contacted the seller explaining they shipped the wrong color and they asked for 4 very specific pictures of the box and chair confirming the issue, which I thought was odd but I provided them anyway. They responded suggesting I keep the chair and resell it locally and they'd give me $20 for the inconvenience. I stated that wasn't an option and asked for a paid shipping label and a refund. They responded apologetically again and again tried to convince me to resell it locally and they'd give me a $30 refund. Again I said that wasn't an option. Their 4th response was again that I should keep it and resell it locally because they don't have an easy way to pick it back up and this time offered me $60. Once again, I said do what you want with the chair, that's not my problem but I do want a *full refund*. They responded saying they'd provide a paid shipping label but I have not yet received it. I am assuming customer support is China or somewhere because they always respond in the middle of the night and when I reply they seem to be done for the day. While all that was playing out, I did receive the second chair I ordered (this time in the correct color). Once I finally got it assembled, it looks great and is super comfortable. That being said, assembly itself was no small feat. The instructions are unclear and there were several times I had to undo/redo something a slightly different way. Assembly was also difficult in that several pieces (namely, the rails that attach the wings and bottom) don't perfectly line up and it takes a LOT of effort to fit them together. I'm pretty handy and was able to get it together, although it did take me a while and I think someone less handy would have a really, really hard time with it. The finished product, however, looks great and really is comfy. And it's BIG. As in, "had to move my desk out a few more inches to accommodate it and allow me to lean back" sort of big. If it holds up, I expect it will be a comfortable chair and look great for years to come. So, if I were basing it on the final, assembled chair, based on looks and comfort, I'd say hands-down 5 stars. Based on the difficult assembly and my experience so far with customer service, I'm giving it 2 stars. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is so that I still have room to move downward depending on how my refund plays out.

A $40 chair dressed in $300 worth of cheap fabric.
This is basically a fancy version of a CHEAP chair. It's the same type of construction as those $40 computer chairs and with the way it goes together, it won't last long with daily use unless you weigh under 100lbs and don't move around too much. It's not particularly comfortable to sit in very long if you have any form of back troubles. Overall, this chair is NOT worth $300 other than maybe looking pretty in a photoshoot.

Comfortable Desk chair, with style.
I have loved this chair ever since I got it assembled. No rattling, rolls nicely, supports my weight. Soft and comfortable, but doesn't really adjust up or down. That's fine with me, it suits my desk. I think someone with a very high desk might be bothered, though.
