I was very excited to get my (first) shofar. I received the Lion of Judah 24-28" horn. The only wind instrument I'd played was a Native American flute many years ago so there was some concern about whether I could make it "sound off". Watched a Utube video after I ordered it while I was waiting. I used the "corner mouth" method to try. Made a sound the first try, a small adjustment and second try made an absolutely "joyful noise"! Didn't experience the strong "bad" smell a few complained of, just a mild (normal) animal smell. The grain/pattern of the horn is magnificent and the Lion overlay is so beautiful. Would love to meet the craftman who made it to personally thank them. This was a great value and I highly recommend!

False advertising—The HalleluYAH shofar we received was PEELED/USED, and MUCH SMALLER than what we ordered & paid for—It was NOWHERE NEAR 45” - 47” as evidenced in the attached photos!! Returned immediately, and still awaiting for a refund. Quality control appears to be non-existent here.

I LOVE IT!!!! It is BEAUTIFUL!!!! I got the smaller one. Had to play with a few times to get a good sound out of it. I am using it for WORSHIP & FEAST DAYS!!! Now that I've had for a couple months I can pick it up & make a wonderful noise. I assume the billowy sounds are from the LONGER ones. Very SATISFIED & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Hard to use

My husband lives this horn! It took some practice to blow it, you need to have good core breathing!
