Can’t complain
I had the pleasure of trying out the original hydroxycut back in ‘07 before they made modifications. That stuff was gold. And is why I decided to give this a try. It’s not nearly as effective, but what is compared to things of the past.Pros:- it does curve your appetite- it doesn’t make me nauseous like most other’s- it’s a liquid capsule instead of powdered ( I just feel like liquid dissolves faster)Cons- it doesn’t make you anxious to work out, if you do work out, I feel like it does boost and add to the energy you’re exerting, but it does not give pre work out jitters

Great energy boost
This is the first "weight loss" supplement that does what I want it to do. I have a high tolerance for caffeine, but the blend in this gives me an energy boost. While it doesn't necessarily help with reducing my appetite, it makes me nauseous when I eat more than a small portion within a few hours of taking it. So it still gives me the same result of eating less.Between this, a sleep supplement and exercise, I have dropped a little over 2lbs this first week.Update, week 2 down another 2 lbs. Definitely buying more of this.Currently taking Alpha GPC, CLA, Choline, Lions mane, Cordyceps and this during the day. Sleep Shred PM at night. In combination with daily exercise(~30 min). Adding this has tipped me over from stable weight to weight loss.

Helped with appetite suppression
This made me feel less hungry however had difficulty sleeping and felt jittery when taking. Did not notice significant weight loss even with diet and exercise.

Doesn’t work
Did not seem to work I did not seem to loose any weight while using, once I stopped using them I kept on my same diet and I lost seven more pounds. Don’t waste your money, just keep on your diet.

Beneficial
Consult with your doctor. This will give you energy…do not take late at night before bed, and avoid with other caffeinated drinks lol I felt like a kid again with all of this energy. Second time using these and I’ve finally started seeing results. I only take these if I’m going to the gym or for walks. This will raise your heart rate and keep you awake. Take with food and DRINK LOTS OF WATER (pace yourself of course). You still have to increase your protein and veggie intake and DECREASE the sugar (mostly to avoid the crash and burn experiences….my trial and error period was heavy) . Anything that gives you excessive energy like sugar and coffee with this pill will have your energy through the roof. Be very careful. I avoid doubling my intake. No more than one pill 2-3 times daily (I have about three good meals, lunch is my largest meal) when I’m off of my cycle and only when I am exercising . *Anyone with heart issues or sleep issues should go to the doctor first….I don’t have either but I still checked with my doctor. Start with one pill then after a while slowly increase. Five pounds down and I am still new to these. Nothing crazy but a good pace. My mistake with these was underestimating the power of these pills. They are effective if you use them accordingly.

THEY REALLY WORKED FOR ME!
I started taking in these very cautiously in April as I believe almost nothing I read or hear anymore. I took two in the morning an hour before I ate and had only coffee. I definitely felt a burst of energy within an hour or so, and later in the evening I took two more. I was AWAKE all night. Couldn't get to sleep to save my life. I knew instantly these were worse than drinking coffee at night, so decided against that again. I started the VShred diet and workout with Vince off Facebook, and within a week I had lost 5 pounds. I realized I only actually needed 1 pill in the evening, and after the first month I stopped taking it altogether in the evening. By the 1st of August I had lost 20 pounds, but that's with cutting carbs and sugar to a minimum, and only taking two pills every morning when I wake up. I pretty much eat what I want now, but just limit my portions and sweets. I feel now I can't live without them. I'm exercising 4-6 days a week, watching what I eat, and walking my dogs for 30 minutes every night. At my age this is a major plus, because after menopause I was feeling like I would be fat forever. I am 59 by the way.
