If you have hemmorhoids and they start to feel uncomfortable, this cream is excellent for providing relief and a cooling sensation to the area. The applicator should help but I think it's much easier to find the target area with your hands. As far as getting rid of the actual hemmo to hemmorhoids, I don't notice any difference in size. So it is effective in providing relief from the discomfort but I wouldn't count on it for doing away with the actual problem. I also think reviews that mention a burning sensation may be because their hemmorhoids are irritated prior to applying the cream. Bonus that it is made of quality natural ingredients.
