It did not work we charged it and It looked like it’s been used. It’s not even brand new. It’s totally garbage not worth the price I pay $160. It’s a rip off. I’m trying to return it still waiting for the prepaid label to send it back. Don’t waste your money.

Absolute garbage. It was definitely a previously returned item as the on/off button was pushed in. The instructions also show the on:off button in a total random spot which is very inaccurate. One very bummed out 11 yr old boy 😢

For starters, what I received was very much new, so judging by previous reviews, I'm wondering if there was a bad batch or a mixup or something? Anyway, what I got works, and while I'm not super physically active, I can say it's fun and I haven't broken it yet.Build quality does seem a bit cheap, but for something you're supposed to punch for fun thats under 50 bucks, that's hardly a complaint.

We did a full charge and we cannot get it to operate.
