Its hit or miss sometimes finding the right pellet food for my cichlids but they absolutely love this brand.

Great food
African Cichlids love this food, I hot soak all my pellets for Goldies, Australian Rainbows, etc. No bloat ever. Tanks stay clean longer. Yes they take time to adjust, funny thing after 2-3 days no food they gobble them up.
