Q: Is there a size chart?

I bought this for my fella ...hes 6ft about 18 stone and xxl fits great. Hope that helps.

Q: What size chest in the medium?

My chest is 105 cm / 42 inches. Medium fits perfectly. I also have a Small which is tight but just about usable.

Q: Would this this top be suitable to put over swimsuit to go in a pool?

Can't see why not. It's polyester, so wuldn't become transparent the moment it gets wet like cotton.
