I love these gummies and I usually use mushroom coffee which I love but I thought I’d try these. I suffer from chronic fatigue and adhd and this helps tremendously, not 100 % but it helps with waking up. I do however have experienced some pretty bad side effects that I don’t have with the coffee. I have had horrible abdominal pain,gas and diarrhea since I’ve started these every day all day. I do have ibs which I’m usually able to control. Not sure if I’ll repurchase but I’ll finish the bottle.

Taste great and help my mood and energy

The flavor is pleasant, texture is a little hard though. I took the recommended dose in the morning with a light breakfast and by the third day I started noticing the difference. I was not tired by noon and was able to work my shift without a noon coffee. I didn’t have much of an appetite for lunch and had a light dinner and no further munchies before bed. For me they seem to make a bit of difference so I’ll stick to them and see if they aid in weight loss help. I have an extra 30 pounds I would love to lose. Price is right and hoping for the best.

These are soooo good, I could just munch on the entire bottle in one setting! I am, however, following dosage directions. Just sayin'.....

These gummies are magic! I been taking them for months and they help w my mood swings and energy levels as well as I been noticing a change in my memory loss that I used to have!im able to remember things much easier now,I don’t know if they work for everyone but they work for me!

Not sure if it works I haven’t noticed any difference so far but it does taste good!
